The A. Morgan Building Group recently purchased a property on 228 S. Sycamore St in Ravenna, OH. This building will become a commercial and residential area for living, dining, and recreation. We are looking to partner with local businesses to create an environment for the community to enjoy in hopes of expanding and reviving recreational life in Ravenna.
Our Mission
Our mission is to modernize and advance the shopping, dining, and living experience in Ravenna, OH. A once-famous warehouse on S. Sycamore St. is now in development and undergoing major renovations to ultimately transform into the new hot spot of Ravenna from all things recreation, to dining and living.
We hope to foster new business partnerships and ultimately create a fresh and exciting environment for the people and community of Ravenna.
About the Property
